She is the founder and CEO of All In A Day Transportation, LLC, a medical transport company and also owns and operates Guardian Angels Connect, LLC, which provides community-based, in-home health care and assistance.

Effie has extensive experience in leadership, teambuilding and business development, which she leverages to help new entrepreneurs build and grow profitable businesses. She specializes in multigenerational workforces, employee empowerment, and employee wellbeing. She is directly responsible for the start-up of three companies, each of which have exceeded annual revenues of $1.5 million. Additionally, she started a cleaning company that generated over $100k in revenue in its first year.
