Liz Vereen is a first-generation Latina whose journey is a testament to resilience, faith, and the unshakable will to rise above adversity. A young mother who refused to let circumstances define her future, Liz defied the odds and shattered the statistics, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and later achieving a Master’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Management from Springfield College.
