Shanika Wallace

Shanika Wallace is a licensed social worker, mom, and entrepreneur. She graduated from the University of Saint Joseph where she received her Master’s of Social Work degree. She currently has a position as a school social worker for Hartford Public Schools. Shanika’s mission is to empower women by sharing her journey through her counseling and consulting business.

She also encourages women to utilize their skills to leverage their business. Shanika offers courses, 1:1 consulting, and virtual assistant services to social workers, clinicians and therapists in private practice.

She is passionate about promoting the social emotional development of youth.
